Loft, cavity wall and underfloor insulation across Inverness city, Culloden, Smithton, Balloch, Nairn and Beauly. Approved contractors, grants available, free survey.
We'll call you within 48 hours to arrange a no-obligation visit.
Inverness has grown fast, so alongside the Victorian stone terraces in the Crown and Merkinch there are large 1960s to 90s cavity-built estates in Dalneigh, Hilton and Culloden and newer homes at Milton of Leys and Westhill. Loft top-ups and cavity fills on the estates are the most common jobs.
As the Highland base we work out from Inverness across the wider region. See the Highlands page.
Every job is surveyed first, quoted in writing, installed by approved fitters and inspected by a senior member of the team before we leave. We don't use spray foam on domestic properties.
Knauf Earthwool to the depth your loft needs. See a two-layer loft we did in Inverness.
Stone-faced front, roughcast rear, cavity filled. See the photos.

Households in the Highland Council area can access Warmer Homes Scotland, the Home Energy Scotland grant and loan, and ECO4 while it remains open. If you're on a qualifying benefit, on a lower income, or your home is rated EPC D or below, there's a good chance some or all of the cost is covered.
Grant-funded work is installed by TrustMark registered installers, and we'll help with the application. Full details on insulation grants.
