Loft, cavity wall and underfloor insulation across Leith, Portobello, Morningside, Corstorphine, Gilmerton and Currie. Approved contractors, grants available, free survey.
We'll call you within 48 hours to arrange a no-obligation visit.
Edinburgh is our home city. Much of the housing is stone tenement and Victorian terrace with solid walls and no cavity, so internal wall insulation and proper loft work matter more here than almost anywhere. The post-war estates in Gilmerton, Sighthill and Muirhouse are mostly cavity construction and often still unfilled.
Being local, we can usually survey within days and handle listed-building and conservation-area constraints in the Old Town, New Town and Stockbridge.
Every job is surveyed first, quoted in writing, installed by approved fitters and inspected by a senior member of the team before we leave. We don't use spray foam on domestic properties.

Households in the City of Edinburgh Council area can access Warmer Homes Scotland, the Home Energy Scotland grant and loan, and ECO4 while it remains open. If you're on a qualifying benefit, on a lower income, or your home is rated EPC D or below, there's a good chance some or all of the cost is covered.
Grant-funded work is installed by TrustMark registered installers, and we'll help with the application. Full details on insulation grants.
