Loft, cavity wall and underfloor insulation across Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline, Glenrothes, Leven, St Andrews, Cowdenbeath and Rosyth. Approved contractors, grants available, free survey.
We'll call you within 48 hours to arrange a no-obligation visit.
Fife is one of our busiest areas. Glenrothes and Rosyth are almost entirely post-war cavity housing, Dunfermline and Kirkcaldy mix stone town centres with large council estates, and the former mining villages around Cowdenbeath, Lochgelly and Methil have a lot of homes that have never been insulated properly.
Fife Council has been very active with area-based schemes. If you're in Kirkcaldy, Levenmouth or Cowdenbeath it's worth asking us to check whether your street is covered.
Every job is surveyed first, quoted in writing, installed by approved fitters and inspected by a senior member of the team before we leave. We don't use spray foam on domestic properties.

For solid stone and brick walls with no cavity. Quoted through our partner installers.
Households in the Fife Council area can access Warmer Homes Scotland, the Home Energy Scotland grant and loan, and ECO4 while it remains open. If you're on a qualifying benefit, on a lower income, or your home is rated EPC D or below, there's a good chance some or all of the cost is covered.
Grant-funded work is installed by TrustMark registered installers, and we'll help with the application. Full details on insulation grants.
