Government backed schemes can cover the cost of insulating your loft for eligible Scottish households. It takes about two minutes to find out where you stand.
About 2 minutes · No obligation
Eligibility depends on your property, household and the funding available at the time. We confirm everything before any work is arranged.

We are not the ones handing out the funding, so we will not promise you anything before we have checked. Here is the honest sequence.
Postcode, whether you own or rent, how the house is heated and whether anyone in the household claims qualifying benefits.
We look at ECO4, the Great British Insulation Scheme and any local funding, then tell you plainly whether you are likely to qualify.
If you qualify we arrange a survey and the installation. If you do not, we will quote you a fixed price so you can decide for yourself.
Under ECO4 and GBIS the cost is met by the funding rather than by you, but only if your property and household qualify. Some households receive partial funding instead. We will tell you which applies to you before anything is booked.
Broadly, households receiving certain means tested benefits, and homes in lower council tax bands with poorer energy ratings. The rules change periodically, which is why we check rather than guess.
Private tenants can, with the landlord's permission. Council and housing association tenants should speak to their landlord first, as different funding routes apply.
We will tell you straight away and give you a fixed price for the work if you would still like it done. There is no obligation either way.
Yes. TrustMark registration is a requirement for delivering these government backed schemes, and it is what lets us install under them.
